I usually had wonderful experience but I’m not allowed to go order there anymore just because of a cancellation order for a blueberry muffin that was only just $3.25 and yes i did call a few times but that was because I was real mad!!

Pride in ownership sums up this place in a nut shell. Quality control is always on check and the owner always has me leaving with a smile on my face. If you find yourself in the vibrant downtown area definitely worth a stop in.

Owner seems more interested in shutting down another neighboring business than getting with the times and running a competent diner. Don’t come here

Was in the area and wanted a quick lunch. Steak tip sub was tremendous. Got a chance to meet the owner and staff -- great people. Will make it a point to come back for the Specials. The portions are huge.

The Best Bacon Egg & Cheese Sandwich on a bagel, and Home fries in the region. Steve the cook/owner is the epitome of Great American, the atmosphere is very welcoming , and It has turned into my weekend go to Breakfast choice for my early morning shift. You will not be dissapointed.

Owner is a bully and extortionist

Order greek steak tip salad. Was very disappointing the steak tips seemed to be a steak just into pieces of various size. The majority of the salad was feta cheese, lettuce was iceberg, olives were mushy.

The food here was great. You can tell the atmosphere is very family oriented and all the staff seemed extremely close and happy. The French toast was to die for. I also had the meat lovers omelet which was cooked to perfection. I also would have to say that Marks Deli May have won best homefries in my book! So delicious 😋

Its a great and fun place to be with fast food servings for anyone with a great appetite.

Have been twice recently. IF I had used the Restcloset on my first visit??? You need to walk through kitchen to get to bathroom. Sink outside of restroom. Grill, restroom/sink, kitchen cleanup area are all very close together. You really have to see this on your own!! Careful of two steps near bathroom, hard to see. I nearly wiped out. Lots of things to "notice" on way back to dining area. Did not notice Servesafe Certificates. WILL NOT be going back. I know this place is a Haverhill institution but........... Only reason for 2 stars was that the food WAS good, as was the service. Sorry.

Good food for a long time

Went here this morning after an early morning fishing jaunt to a local trout pond. The fish weren't biting so we decided to bag it and go grab some grub instead. Well this was just what the doctor ordered as we had a wonderful breakfast with great service. I had the corned beef hash omelete with hash browns and it was delicious.

The best diner in Haverhill, end of story. Friendly people, good food, good prices.

At Mark’s, they’re not only great cooks and hosts, they’re friends. They welcome everyone, and you get to feel as you were at home with they’re meals and delightful conversations and service. Mark’s is the highlight of the city Haverhill.

Great food AWESOME PEOPLE

This place was GREAT. I ordered 4 eggs sunny side up, bacon, white toast, home fries and washed it down with coffee. It was excellent service! I was in a rush because I needed to catch the train and they got my bill ready fast and had the food up in front of me lightning fast! I then got a call from my wife saying she could pick me up so I was able to have more coffee and enjoy light chit chat with a very friendly staff. I'm going to be back in the area in early December and will definitely make another visit.
